Anne is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner with over 20 years work experience in corporate Human resources and administration.  Her experience spans Agri-Business and Telecommunications Business. She is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

She started her HR career in 1996 in SDV Transami Kenya currently Bollore Group where she worked as a HR and administration Officer for 8 years. Her main duties involved CBA negotiations, HR Policy formulation, payroll duties and pension scheme. Later in 2004 she joined Vegpro Group as the Group HR Manager where she worked for 5 years. She managed over 2000 permanent staff and 1500 temporary staff. She was the Head of the HR in the Group main areas of expertise included Union CBA negotiations, HR Policy formulation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Reward Management, Learning and Development.

In July 2009 she joined Telkom Kenya as the Head of Employee Relations and Staff welfare a position she held for 7 years. The main roles included HR Policies formulation and implementation, Culture transformation projects, Staff engagement, Union CBA negotiations, Staff Wellness and welfare programs among many other things.

She is currently the Human Resource Manager at Kenya Nut Company Ltd, where she is the Head of HR in charge of 2000 employees.Specialties: HR strategy formulation and implementation, Culture change programs, HR Policy formulation, Union negotiations, Compensation and benefits management, Performance management, Management Development & Staff Training, Leadership Development Talent search, Selection and placement.

She holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from JKUAT, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Nairobi. In addition she holds a Higher Diploma in HRM from IHRM-Kenya and many other Business related certificates.
